Placing an order
After selecting the product, click the Add to cart button - the product is added to your cart;
Next, if you have finished choosing a product, click the button Your shopping cart;
All the products you have selected will be listed on your shopping cart page;
In the Quantity field, you can change the quantity of the product for purchase.
After changing the quantity of the product, click the Recalculate button to recalculate the total amount of the order;
In the Actions column, you can take the following actions on each item: either remove the item from the cart, or postpone the item for the future.
Order processing and confirmation
After entering the necessary information about the delivery of the goods (name of the recipient, delivery address, contact details, delivery option, payment method, etc.), you need to click the Place an order button to complete the order;
A copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail address specified when placing the order;
Attention! Incorrect phone number, incorrect or incomplete address can lead to additional delay! Please carefully check your personal data when registering and placing an order;
After some time (usually within an hour) after placing the purchase, our manager will contact you using the contact details specified when placing the order;

Orders through the online store can be placed at any time 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Rules of delivery
- Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta;
- Delivery payment depends on the carrier;
- Processing and delivery of orders may be delayed on holidays;
- The amount of the Order may differ from the amount declared on the website, if the weight of products is specified in the Order;
- With a large number of orders, delivery delays are possible;
- The image of the product on the website may differ from the original and is presented for reference;
- Information on the website may be updated late. Information about the availability of goods will be clarified by the operator during a return call;
- Delivery is made only with 100% advance payment;
- Products of proper quality are not subject to exchange and return, according to the Resolution of the CMU No. 172 dated 03.19.94 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights";
- An order that has not been picked up from the post office or courier service within 5 working days without agreement with the online store will be automatically sent back to the supplier of the product, without a refund for the purchase.
