The role of the trade union at the confectionery factory "Zhytomyrski Lasoschi"

Thanks to the initiatives of Zhytomyrski Lasoschi JSC NPS, social protection and employee support programs are being implemented. This includes an additional free medical examination, the organization of cultural and educational events to support the spiritual and cultural development of the team. Together with the administration of the enterprise, the trade union takes measures to improve the working conditions of the workers.
The trade union's participation in charitable work strengthens its role in society as an organization that not only protects the rights of workers, but also helps those who need help and support.
Thus, construction materials, canisters, sacks, and confectionery products were purchased and handed over to the "Azov" battalion.
On an ongoing basis, the factory's trade union provides assistance to the Zhytomyr Pensioners and Veterans Charitable Foundation.
Every month, the production canteen makes pies with various fillings for wounded soldiers who are being treated in the Zhytomyr hospital. The employees of the factory handed over confectionery products to the front line for the New Year holidays.
Collectively, the factory workers collected funds for the purchase of materials for the manufacture of stretchers for the removal of wounded soldiers and handed them over to volunteers who are engaged in their manufacture.
We, the confectionery factory "Zhytomyrski Lasoschi", remain true to our goals not only in the production of sweets, but also in making the world around us better for all its inhabitants.
